Buy a Brick campaignThe initial offering of our buy a brick fundraiser was such a success that we are opening a second opportunity to become a permanent part of the "Paw Print Pathway".  Our next order will be submitted in April for installation in the spring.  Click on the image at the left for a printable order form.

Using Good Search/Good Shop will give money to our shelter when you do things which you are already doing!

GoodSearch.com is a Yahoo-powered search engine which donates half its advertising revenue, about a penny per search, to the charities its users designate.  In our case that would be The Animal Friends of Westmoreland.  Add it to your favorites and use it just as you would any search engine, get quality search results from Yahoo, and watch the donations add up!  You simply enter The Animal Friends of Westmoreland in the "Who do you GoodSearch for?" box and then search/surf the Internet as you normally would by entering your search request in the search box at the top of the page.  When you choose to use the Good Search engine, the click of your mouse will drop money into AFW's account.

kurandadogDue to your overwhelming generosity, we no longer have a need for more Kuranda Beds.  Thank you one and all!   may be donated to the shelter via this link.  The beds are chewproof and are the preferred bed for many K-9 units, veterinarians, breeders and animal lovers everywhere.  Simply order the desired units and Kuranda will ship them directly to The Animal Friends of Westmoreland shelter.

densacanThe Animals Friends of Westmoreland now has a fund-raising account with Dens-A-Can International.  They are located at 278 Donohue Rd, Greensburg, PA 15601 near the WOW Outlet and their telephone number is 724-834-8080.

Gather your aluminum cans, take them to their site and then ask them to put the money toward the Animal Friends of Westmoreland Account.  Each month, Animal Friends of Westmoreland will receive a check directly from Dens-A-Can. Encourage your "green-hearted" friends and family to recycle their cans so that we can recycle hope for each animal.

Many corporations, large and small, will match employee donations to category 501C3 charities, which we are.  Other entities are willing to donate items such as gently used computers when they upgrade their units.  Companies such as Verizon will make a specific contribution for employees who volunteer a certain amount of hours to The Animal Friends of Westmoreland.  Check with your employer to see if your generosity to us can be enhanced through their programs.
